We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk to join a full – service law firm at their North York office in their Commercial Real Estate Law practice group. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

 

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

· Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program;

· At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Law;

· Experience working on complex real estate and land development transactions;

· Ability to handle files independently or as part of a team;

· Residential Real Estate law experience would be an asset;

· Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, positive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment.
