TF Talent Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a respected and well-established law firm located in Toronto seeking an experienced Licensed Paralegal to join their team.

This opportunity is ideal for a confident and motivated professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience independently managing Accident Benefits (AB) files from intake through to resolution, including settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage Accident Benefits files from intake to resolution
• Handle all aspects of file management with minimal supervision
• Prepare and draft legal documents, correspondence and settlement materials
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurers, medical providers and counsel
• Review medical documentation and maintain organized file records
• Manage deadlines, follow-ups and file progression efficiently
• Negotiate and assist with settlements and resolution of claims
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide exceptional client service

Qualifications

• Licensed Paralegal in good standing
• Minimum 2+ years of Personal Injury / Accident Benefits experience
• Proven ability to independently manage files from intake through settlement and resolution
• Strong knowledge of AB claims procedures and timelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Professional, detail-oriented and client-focused approach
