COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LAWYER

We are currently seeking an experienced commercial litigator to join our team. The position will involve exposure to a broad range of matters including breach of contract, commercial lease enforcement, employment, injunctions, shareholder disputes, real estate and construction lien matters.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial litigation, with proven ability to manage complex files independently and efficiently from start to finish.

• Excellent advocacy, litigation, and negotiation skills, including drafting, conducting examinations, attending mediations, and appearing in court on contested matters.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused mindset

• Ability to build strong professional relationships and contribute to business development efforts

We require in-office attendance of at least 3 days per week.
