COMMERCIAL LITIGATION LAWYER

We are seeking a lawyer to join our Commercial Litigation group with a primary focus on debt recovery and collections. The position will involve exposure to a broad base of recovery litigation including bankruptcy and insolvency, enforcing secured and unsecured debts, fraud-related recovery actions and other civil litigation matters.

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• Strong professional and academic credentials

• 5-8 years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication and networking skills
