The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

​

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified with The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial litigation

• Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically

• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work

• Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
