The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

​

• Diploma from a recognized Ontario Law Clerk program certified with the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario;

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in bank recovery, with proven proficiency in drafting and filing pleadings, default judgments, writs, garnishments and motion records;

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and diplomatically;

• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment;

• Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
