Role Overview

 

We are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the recruitment process, and ensuring seamless talent placement. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their hiring needs and delivering top-tier candidates.

 

Key Responsibilities

    •    Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their hiring needs and              business objectives.

    •    Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment plans tailored to client needs, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring.

    •    Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify, assess, and present qualified candidates through various channels, including job                      boards, social media, and networking.

    •    Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial client briefings to candidate onboarding.

    •    Negotiation & Offer Management: Facilitate salary negotiations and offer discussions between clients and candidates.

    •    Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges to provide clients with strategic advice.

    •    Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiters and support teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.

 

Qualifications & Experience

    •    Proven experience in recruitment, account management, or talent acquisition.

    •    Strong understanding of the Canadian job market and hiring trends.

    •    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    •    Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet hiring deadlines.

    •    A proactive and results-driven mindset.
